Description

RocketScript Reverse Transcriptase is an engineered robust and exceptionally thermostable enzyme for the best results in cDNA sythesis. Native M-MLV RTase has maximum activity at relatively low temperatures (42°C), whereas RocketScript Reverse Transcriptase is much more thermostable with broad activity temperature range (42°C –70°C), allowing efficient cDNA synthesis from complex secondary structure RNA. Additionally, RocketScript Reverse Transcriptase was engineered to be much more robust compared to other RTs, it performs very well on both long or short transcripts, with very low or higher RNA concentrations.
