Description

Bioneer's Exicycler™ 96 is a superior 96-well Real-Time PCR system designed for excellent performance. Bioneer's proprietary patented Light Tunnel technology guaranties the even light distribution across the 96-well plate, allowing for normalization of fluorescence signals from all five channels without the use of a reference dye. The analysis software contains several different modules for analyzing qPCR data including: Absolute Quantification, Relative Quantification, SNP genotyping, Existence/Nonexistence and Melting curve analysis. With the various modules analyses such as viral load monitoring, gene expression analysis, SNP genotyping etc. can be performed. In vitro diagnostic software packages have also been developed (KFDA, CE-IVD certified versions), which allows the instrument to be used for molecular diagnostic purposes.

The calibration kits for the Exicycler™ 96 can be purchased separately, the AccuPower® Calibration Kit for Exicycler™ 96 (A-2060-A1) is a basic kit, as it includes all other calibration kits (Back, Sybr, FAM, TAMRA, ROX and others) therefore it is always a best choice when deciding what kind of calibration kit is needed.

5. Superior well-to-well Temperature Uniformity an exact thermal delivery technology allows temperature uniformity  within ± 0.4°C deviation. In the below comparison, Exicycler™ 96 shows 0.11 Standard Deviation of temperature at around 90°C but the others show 0.25 and 0.15.
