Description
AccuPower® Rocketplex RT-PCR PreMix is a ready mastermix for RT-PCR with multiple primer pairs. The mix includes proprietary exceptionally thermostable Reverse transcriptase RocketScript™ which is active at high temperatures (up to 70°C) and can perform efficient cDNA synthesis even on RNA templates of very complex secondary structure. Subsequent PCR employs bioneer enzyme -mediated hot start technology what ensures highest sensitivity and low background amplification, highly specific products are obtained even with multiple primers. AccuPower® Rocketplex RT-PCR PreMix allows amplification of 1 to more than 10 target genes in one tube.
AccuPower® Rocketplex RT-PCR PreMix contains all the components necessary for cDNA synthesis and PCR of multiple targets in one tube (one-step RT-PCR). The RT-PCR PreMix consists of both RocketScript™ Reverse Transcriptase, an RNA dependent DNA polymerase, and a thermostable DNA polymerase in a lyophilized mix of dNTPs, reaction buffer, RNase inhibitor, loading dye and stabilizer. The PCR reactions can be loded directly on the gel without adding a loading dye.
