Description
The AccuPrep® Genomic DNA Extraction Kit allows for fast and convenient extraction of genomic DNA from blood, lymphocytes, buffy coat, tissue samples and cultured cells. This is a conventional silica column based kit eliminating the use of organic solvents. The optimized tissue lysis buffer allows for an efficient lysis of samples of different origin. Proteinase K powder, supplied in the kit, can additionally be ordered separately if required.
