MyGenie 32 Thermal Block

MyGenie™ 32 Thermal Block (hereinafter referred as 'MyGenie™ 32') is a biotechnological research instrument combined with 32 well sample block and temperature adjustment control apparatus. MyGenie™ 32 supports reproducible experiment results by 2.5°C/sec at the maximum in temperature conversion speed and by ±0.3°C of error rate in temperature control accuracy. Also its improved Ul offers easily to produce program according to each experiment purpose by a simple manipulation. It is able to produce programs up to 15 steps and to store up to 100 programs. It ensures to get more accurate experiment experiments than those of the conventional thermal block, by superior temperature stability circuits.

Accurate temperature set-up fast heating/cooling

A novel temperature control method enables to perform amplification experiment within a short time by the reduction of heating/cooling time and the accuracy of temperature control. Also, the temperature variation of each well within the block is controlled within a range of ±0.3°C and thus, the uniform experiment results can be obtained on each well.

Minimized evaporationof samples by improved heating cover and insulating wall

The mineral oil is not required, because the heating cover in the lid prevents samples from evaporating. Plus the structurally improved heating cover and insulating wall eliminated evaporation of samples and thus, accurate and uniform experiment results can be obtained.

Supports temperature increments, time increments, and ramping rate control

The capabilities of temperature increment, time increment, and ramping rate control enables versatile amplification experiments.

MyGenie™ 96/384 Thermal Block

MyGenie™ 96/384 Thermal Block is an innovative thermal cycling instrument using interchangeable thermal block. The thermal block can be easily changed to 96 well, 384 well, and 1536 well block only within 1 minute.
The price/performance ratio is outstanding, and the footprint is small, enabling installation in labs where space is limited. MyGenie™ 96/384 Thermal Block ramps at 2.5°C/sec and has temperature variation of only ±0.3°C for reproducibility. Temperature/time/ramp rate control functions enable researchers to customize and optimize thermal cycling protocols. Each protocol can accommodate up to 40 steps, and up to 150 protocols can be stored. Optional PC control software can be used for remote control.

Interchangeable thermal blocks

MyGenie™ 96/384 Thermal Block is able to use different thermal blocks such as 96 well, 384 well or 1536 well blocks depending on the experiment.
