Bioneer Custom Amplification Service (AccuPower® PCR PreMix Service) provides customers with optimized custom RT, RT-PCR and PCR Mastermixes having high reproducibility and high accuracy guarantied by our AccuPower® PCR PreMix technology.
Bioneer Custom Amplification Service products eliminate problems of the formation of mis-primed products and primer-dimers during the reaction process and allow for an improved reaction specificity and high yields. Our custom premixes are ideal for nucleic acid amplification reactions involving complex genomic or cDNA templates, very low copy targets, and multiplex reactions.
You can choose a way how the mastermix is prealiquoted, and the lyophilized product that you get is exceptionally stable. Each premix tube contains enzyme, dNTPs, reaction buffer, stabilizers and cutstomer-designed primer set, loading dyes for direct electrophoresis can be also included into the premix. Users need only to add template DNA and water to perform RT or PCR.
RT or PCR optimization usually takes long time and huge effort. All this time you can save when ordering our customized premixes. Our single-batch production system guaranties high accuracy and reproducibility. We are confident to provide 1 year warranty for our custom premixes stored at -20°C. Additionally, they are stable for one months at room temperature due to our lyophilization technology with patented stabilizer.
